Throughout researching, my goal was to team up with the American Chiropractic Association and gain an endorsement for VB's backpack redesign. By gaining this certification it signified to the consumer the backpacks were not only beautiful and functional, but practical and good for ones back health. I along with my manager worked with a local chiropractor to get her sign off on our new backpack design concept. After a lot of hard work, the ACA partnered with Vera Bradley in December 2020 as their only medically endorsed designs.
